By commissioning me, you automatically agree to the listed terms below. They are subject to change at any time.
❀Payment❀
Payments are to be made through PayPal, Venmo, Ko-fi, or Cashapp in USD only.
After the sketch is made, I will give an invoice, setting an agreement between myself and the client.
Payments after sketches are to be made in full for commissions $90 and under.
Commissions $100 and above are available for payment plans:
❀Plan 1: 50%/50%
❀Plan 2: 50%/25%/25%
❀Subject Matter❀
I will draw all animal/species, fantasy or real, any body type, sexual orientation, gender identity, and artistic nudity.
I will draw mild gore, including non-fatal wounds, bodily scarring, and blood.
I will draw suggestive artwork by my own discretion.
Sexually explicit artwork is not accepted as of now.
Hateful, illegal, or shock content (dismemberment, any form(s) of abuse) will not be depicted.
Any human and human-like designs will not be drawn at this time.
Be prepared to provide sufficient references for ideas, poses, subject, etc; I will NOT work under "Artistic liberty!"
❀Overview & Ownership❀
I have the right to refuse the commission for any reason.
I have the right to cancel a commission at any time. Depending on the level of completion, a full or partial refund will be offered.
I retain the right to display the commission on any/all accounts I own.
I have the right to reuse any sketches that were rejected by the client during the draft stage of the commission.
The client retains the rights to their character(s) depicted in the commission.
The client may use the artwork personally in the following ways: Uploading to personal accounts/websites. Printing the artwork for display, covers for fanfictions/personal writing. Cropping the picture for wallpapers and icons.
The client does NOT have the right to remove the signature, alter the artwork, or claim it as their own.
The client does NOT have the right to use AI image generation to alter the artwork in any way.
❀Completion Time & Additional Charges❀
Large commissions have a turnaround time of 1 - 3 months on average.
Medium commissions have a turnaround time of 2 weeks - 1 month on average.
Small commissions have a turnaround time of 3 - 5 days on average.
All completion times may vary based on communication, real life circumstances, and commission size/complexity.
I may apply additional charges for added complexity, which include but not limited to: Complex character designs (markings, extra limbs/appendages, hairstyles, etc.), machines/robotic parts, complex attire (armor, etc.), extremely detailed backgrounds and/or complex compositions.
❀Refund Policy❀
Before work begins, the client has the right to cancel the commission for any reason. A full refund will be issued.
Depending on the level of completion, a partial or no refund will be offered, even after cancellation.
After all, it's not all roses.

Price will increase with character complexity.A headshot of one character in a 6 x 6 shot; focusing on expression. Color and simple rendering included.
